Allergies and Sensitivities

If your body is reacting poorly to certain substances it will show up as an allergy or sensitivity on the scans. Even if a item is "good" it can cause a negative reaction in your cells and therefore make you feel bad. Allergies and sensitivities can develop as a result of the immune system being over stimulated, being toxic, have gut issues, unresolved emotions, etc. 

 

Typically, you will notice your body reacting badly shortly after being exposed to an item that is an allergy. However, if you have a sensitivity, sometimes the body doesn't "react" for days later. 

 

With the Qest4 scan these items MAY be either marked with yellow or red. 

Yellow is weakening the cells. Red is causing inflammation. In this instance, the yellow is doing more damage which is why they are listed first. 

 

Avoid these items as much as you can while you are healing. Most will disappear as you get healthier!
